Statutory Certification Specialist

We are looking for a Statutory Certification Specialistto work for our important client in Milan, Italy.
Manage statutory certification activities for project equipment and materials.
Review and verify technical documentation, certificates, and declarations of conformity.
Coordinate with vendors, certification bodies, clients, and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and country-specific requirements.
Monitor certification progress and support the resolution of technical and regulatory issues.
Requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in statutory certification, quality, expediting, inspection, or related roles within the EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy,



or Industrial sectors.
Knowledge of international certification processes and technical documentation.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Russian language proficiency is mandatory .
Experience with EAC / TR CU, GOST, Kazakhstan Technical Regulations (TR), metrology, fire safety, or other statutory certifications applicable to CIS countries.
