Lead and develop a small Pharmacovigilance team, providing coaching, mentoring and day-to-day management Ensure delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance and medical information activities Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects Support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness across PV processes Oversee adverse event and safety case management activities Contribute to quality management, process improvements and operational excellence initiatives Support business growth through client relationship management and proposal activities Deliver PV training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders What we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field Significant experience in Pharmacovigilance within a CRO,
