The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all procurement and purchasing activities for Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost control, compliance, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Purchasing Manager will play a key role during both the pre-opening phase and hotel operations, supporting all departments with strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, inventory optimization, and procurement processes aligned with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group standards.
