Sales manager, BCD Meetings & Events Italy

located in Italy (preferably near Milan, Florence and Rome)
As National Sales Manager, you’ll lead the charge in winning profitable national corporate travel accounts for BCD Meetings & Events while building strong client relationships and spotting smart growth opportunities. You’ll work across teams to shape strategic sales plans, deliver standout proposals, and help bring new client programs to life. It’s a high-impact role for someone who enjoys a fast-moving sales environment and knows how to turn opportunities into results.

You’re Good At

Building and growing corporate client relationships, from first conversation through long-term expansion and retention
Creating strategic sales plans, managing a healthy prospect pipeline, and driving opportunities through the full sales cycle
Developing polished client-facing materials like RFPs, presentations, and proposals that are clear, compell
