We are looking for a Senior Retail Advisor on behalf of our partner company

Our partner is a well-established retail company with a strong presence in both domestic and international markets. As part of its ongoing retail transformation journey, the company is looking for an experienced Senior Retail Advisor who will provide strategic guidance to the executive leadership and Board, support key business decisions, and contribute to the company's long-term retail excellence agenda.

This is a flexible consultancy-based advisory role, designed for a senior retail executive with extensive leadership experience. Rather than being involved in day-to-day operations, the advisor will offer an independent perspective, evaluate business performance, share global best practices, and support the leadership team through periodic strategic advisory sessions.

General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage,




- Minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience in retail operations, retail management, retail transformation, or retail consulting,
- Proven experience leading or advising multi-store and/or international retail organizations,
- Strong understanding of retail strategy, commercial performance, customer experience, merchandising, omnichannel retail, and operational excellence,
- Demonstrated experience in retail transformation, business growth, and organizational development initiatives,
- Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and/or Boards of Directors,
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret commercial and operational data to support strategic decision-making,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills,
- Ability to influence executive-level decisions through objective, data-driven recommendations,
- Strong knowledge of international retail trends
