We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Your mission

As the Business Development Manager for the Lithuanian market, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring business growth. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, establishing long-term partnerships, and selling Bisly’s building automation solutions.

This role is ideal for a proactive business developer with a strong technical affinity for building automation and knowledge of the local regulatory environment,



who is motivated to grow Bisly’s presence and footprint in Poland.
Key Responsibilities

As the Business Development Manager at Bisly, you will be responsible for:
- Go-to-Market development and execution: Develop and execute a go-to market strategy for Lithuania BAS market (with a focus on multi-dwelling units and light commercial properties).
- Partnership development: Establish and manage partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and smart building consultants.
- Client acquisition: Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers across Poland, including property developers,
construction companies, MEP contractors, and real estate investors.
- Sales execution: Drive sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets,
engaging directly with key decision-makers.
- Regulatory understanding: Navigate local building automation regulations and support customers in implementing compliant solutions.
