We partner with multinational enterprise clients to design, build, and run scalable customer engagement engines and real-time data activation pipelines.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced SFMC & Data Cloud Campaign Specialist
based in
Italy
to own end-to-end campaign operations, data activations, and dynamic journey execution for enterprise client accounts.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between enterprise customer data and multi-channel campaign execution. You will leverage Salesforce Marketing Stacks to build unified audience segments, run Calculated Insights,



and activate targeted messaging across Salesforce Marketing Cloud channels (Email, Mobile, Web).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Cloud & Audience Activation
- Segmentation & Activations:
Build, maintain, and refresh complex customer segments within Salesforce Data Cloud. Configure activation targets to push actionable audiences into SFMC and downstream execution platforms.
- Calculated Insights (CI):
Design and maintain Calculated Insights to execute customer-level aggregations (e.g., engagement scoring, total spend, lifetime value metrics) to power hyper-personalized dynamic journeys.
- Data Stream Ingestion & Identity Resolution:
Monitor incoming data streams, inspect data extensions/objects, and ensure audience data models align with client governance rules.

2. SFMC Campaign Execution & Operations
- Multi-Channel Journey Building:
Design and manage automated cross-channel campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
