The Role

We're looking for a
Social Media Content Creator based in Florence




to work closely with our founders and help capture the Kind Patches story across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

This is a very hands-on role for someone who loves being behind the camera.

You'll meet with our founders regularly in Florence to film everything from quick TikToks and Reels to founder stories, behind-the-scenes moments and longer-form YouTube vlogs.

Some content will be planned. A lot of the best content won't be.

We want someone who can come into a day of meetings, a product launch, a trip or just a normal day and immediately see the content opportunities. Someone who knows when to start filming, what questions to ask, where to stand, how to frame the shot and when something needs to be filmed again.

You need to be confident enough to direct the founders, not just point a camera at them.
