University degree (preferably in Business,

Experience
- Proven experience ( 3 years minimum) as a Relationship Manager in the payments/banking/financial industry
- Strong understanding of financial markets and payments business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships based on trust and integrity
- Ability to bring discussions at strategic level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the industry

1. Manage and Grow Customer Relationships

Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers, primarily medium-sized financial institutions and market infrastructures.
