Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you drive the operational discipline to maintain a controlled, repeatable, scalable product environment. You partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, and product/program management to balance configuration management, product stewardship, and continuous improvement. You shape decisions and accountability across a complex product lifecycle to enable execution readiness and delivery of sustaining enhancements. This is a cross-functional leadership position focused on simplifying processes, standardizing approaches, and improving overall product performance.

- Maintain visibility of product configurations and ensure controlled alignment across design, manufacturing, and service environments
- Facilitate decision-making on product changes, quality concerns, serviceability, and operational readiness

- Manage portfolio of product enhancement and sustainment initiatives with timely execution
- Drive simplification and standardization initiatives to reduce complexity and promote efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional priorities, actions, risks, and decisions with fact-based inputs to leadership
- Engineering or supply chain background
- Experience with complex engineered products or systems (gas turbines, power generation equipment, turbomachinery, or long-cycle industrial systems)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional work across multiple functions
- Understanding of configuration management, engineering change processes, product lifecycle support, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across functions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making skills
