Culligan is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You will define structure, targeting, and bidding strategies, and collaborate with Brand Managers to align creatives with campaign objectives.
You will monitor CPL, MQLs, and conversion rates, contribute to full-funnel activities, and support landing page optimization and data tracking via GTM/GA4. Fluent English required, hybrid work model offered.
