Rocco Resistente Hotels seeks a Regional Director of Group Sales to lead Proactive Group Sales and Group & Event Sales across Northern and Southern Italy. You will set the regional strategy, drive revenue, and manage key client relationships with a focus on profitability and market share.
Collaborating with Area Directors of Sales and hotel leadership, you will coach teams, oversee opportunities, and align with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to maximize performance.
