Assetara Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Manager to join our team remotely via the Assetara platform. You will act as a personal manager and frontline support specialist for clients with subscriptions, navigating platform tools, and maintaining CRM/private notes with confidentiality.
You will manage queues, monitor SLAs, and ensure concierge-level communications within the official workspace while upholding compliance and safety boundaries.
