Culligan spa is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You will define structure, targeting, and bidding, monitor CPL and MQLs, and drive full-funnel impact with cross-functional teams.
You will own tracking setup via GTM/GA4, maintain data integrity, and build Power BI reports for ongoing optimization. Fluent English and 4–6+ years in performance marketing are required.
