ZF Group is seeking a Head of Sales Centre of Competence EU Marine to drive European sales strategy for the marine segment. You will lead cross-country initiatives, coordinate with technical and product teams, and deliver revenue and margin targets across Italy, France, Spain and Portugal.
The role requires a degree in Naval Architecture/Marine/Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in marine sales/technical roles, and fluent English plus Italian, with travel up to 70% across Europe.
