Heritage Holdings in Milan offers a six-month HR Generalist Internship starting in September 2026. You will join an international team and gain hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle in an entrepreneurial environment.
You will support onboarding, HR administration, employee surveys, performance cycles, reporting, and contribute to AI-driven process improvements. Fluency in English and a Master in HR or related field are preferred.
