The position of Tender Excellence Manager at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is a strategic role that requires a combination of leadership, data-driven decision-making, and expertise in public procurement processes within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful tender submissions, maintaining compliance, and fostering a high-performing team aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s values and strategic objectives. Utilize a data-driven approach. Collaborate closely with local and regional functions.
Assess team performance for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulations and J&J; standards.
Reports to the HTA & Value Operation Head. Market Access, Commercial, Legal, Finance. Public procurement offices, experts, vendors.
Education & Experience Requirements: Degree in Law, Economics, or related fields. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. Proven expertise in pharmaceutical public procurement procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office
