How you´ll help us:
Country Manager Support
- Support the Country Manager in day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate follow-up of strategic initiatives and action plans.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials and executive summaries for management discussions.
- Support communication and coordination with headquarters and internal departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and internal processes.
Sales Operations & Order Coordination
- Coordinate customer orders from order confirmation through delivery.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules and customer commitments.
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics and Headquarters to ensure timely deliveries.
- Proactively communicate order updates to customers and distribution partners.
- Support demand planning and sales forecasting activities.
