It sits within a broader package that reflects the overall value of the role.Execute business plans that support Automotive Distribution growth across the EMIA region.Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline together with channel partners.Drive demand creation and convert opportunities into revenue through disciplined funnel management.Collaborate with distributor sales teams and internal stakeholders to grow Point-of-Sale (POS)



and Point-of-Purchase (POP) performance.Deliver product training and increase awareness of automotive solutions within distributor organizations.Work closely with Product Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and Demand Creation teams to ensure successful execution.Conduct regular business reviews and monitor inventory, demand signals, and account development plans.Key Targets / KPIsAchieve profitable POP and POS growth. Deliver organic revenue growth through account development plans.Maintain healthy inventory levels and support sustainable business growth.Ensure accurate reporting and effective use of sales dashboards and tools.Your ideal backgroundBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical/commercial experience.Experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, Product Management, or Distribution sales.Background in electronic/electrical components or other techn
