We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team, which is dedicated to managing and strengthening relationships with national and international customers. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing comprehensive support throughout the sales and post-sales processes.

Manage daily communications with customers,



ensuring timely and effective support;
Monitor orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with the agreed timing and conditions;
Coordinate with internal departments - logistics, commercial, production - to resolve any operational issues;
Provide proactive customer support, identifying solutions to improve satisfaction and loyalty;
Support the sales team in developing growth strategies for the target markets;
Request the necessary documentation for export - delivery notes, invoices, certifications - and manage any requests for customs assistance;
Analyze customer feedbacks and identify areas for improvement in business processes.

A Degree in Languages, Economics, or related fields;
~1-2 years experience in similar roles, preferably in international contexts;
~ Excellent command of English (C1 European Level or higher).

Knowledge of export practices and international trade regulations;
