The Role We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Partnerships Specialist to help grow Dondy's presence across the Shopify ecosystem.
You'll own the execution of product launches, lifecycle campaigns, merchant education, SEO content, social content, and partnership initiatives. Your work will help Shopify merchants discover Dondy, understand its value, adopt its features, and achieve better results from WhatsApp.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong marketing judgment with excellent execution. You should be comfortable moving between content creation, campaign management, performance analysis, and partner relationship-building.
AI will be a core part of how you work. We expect you to use AI and automation tools to accelerate research, drafting, content repurposing, campaign creation, and documentation—while applying strong editorial judgment and strategic thinking.
What You'll Do Product and launch marketing Lead marketing execution for product releases, new features, integrations, and partnerships.
Create clear, compelling launch materials that communicate merchant value, use cases, setup requirements, and business impact.
Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure messaging is accurate and relevant.
Prepare internal enablement materials for customer-facing teams ahead of key launches.
