located in Italy (preferably near Milan or Florence)
As a Senior Congress Project Manager, you will be part of an international team, responsible for overall Project Management of assigned congresses, partnering with internal planning team members to ensure timely service delivery, congress owner management, Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) relationships, budget management, compliance, and contracting documentation of assigned congresses. In addition to the Congress Project Manager responsibilities, you will help support new hire onboarding and training. This role will also support on-site event training and implementation of new processes and program efficiencies.
Securing and managing hotel room blocks and registrations in accordance with Congress rules and procedures
Budget creation, management, and reconciliation
Coordinating on-site job responsibilities with on-site logistics team
Overseeing accuracy for all as
