Client Advisor
The Mall Firenze (Leccio Outlet)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to €28,000 per year, based on experience and profile.
- Full‑Time Role: 40 hours per week.
- Fixed‑term contract until December 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep up-to-date with product collections and develop deep product knowledge.
- Assist with daily operations including floor maintenance, stockroom management, and visual merchandising.
- Deliver excellent customer service, managing the client journey, after‑sales and building client relationships.
- Act as brand ambassador and curate the client experience.

Requirements / Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in premium or luxury fashion/retail.
- Experience working with KPIs, CRM, and client appointments.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and clienteling skills.
