The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual who wants far more than a traditional internship.
This role is designed for someone who wishes to build a long-term career in luxury fashion communications and business management. You will work directly alongside the company's founder and management team, gradually learning every aspect of the business.
The successful candidate will initially support administrative operations before progressively taking responsibility for finance coordination, client management, international communications, public relations activities, fashion week operations and strategic business development.
Our objective is to develop this internship into a future management position for the right individual.
Responsibilities




Administrative & Office Management
- Manage calendars and meeting scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organise company documents and internal filing systems
- Prepare presentations and business documents
- Support daily office operations
- Coordinate suppliers and external partners

Executive Assistance
- Support the Founder with daily priorities
- Prepare meeting agendas and follow-up reports
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with business development projects

Finance & Administration
- Prepare invoices and purchase orders
- Track payments and expenses
- Support budgeting activities
- Coordinate with accountants and external consultants
- Maintain financial documentation

Public Relations
- Assist in developing press strategies
- Prepare press releases and media materials
