In this role you will optimize manufacturing processes at the Talamona Shop to boost efficiency and quality. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to design manufacturable products and introduce lean improvements. Expect to analyze workflows, reduce downtime, and adopt new equipment and methods. You will document processes, train staff, and ensure safety and standards. This position offers hands‑on impact in a high‑tech turbomachinery environment with opportunities to shape manufacturing excellence.

- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives




- Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, SOPs)
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods
- Train and support production staff in new processes and technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Act as technical reference for the Manufacturing Engineering team to uphold standards
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or proven manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Fluent in English and Italian
- 1–3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing (a plus)
