As Italy Transformation Program Manager, you will lead a strategic, multi-year transformation program aimed at transitioning the Italian Grid Control portfolio from locally developed solutions to Siemens Grid Software's global platform architecture based on SP7 and Gridscale X.
You will play a key role in defining the transformation strategy, evaluating migration scenarios, aligning technical and business stakeholders, and overseeing the successful execution of the roadmap. Working across Sales, Delivery, Portfolio Management, R&D;, and strategic customers, you will ensure business continuity while driving modernization, standardization, and long-term value creation for the Italian installed base.




Leading the Italy Grid Control Transformation Program end-to-end, from strategy definition through execution and deployment.
Defining and evaluating transition scenarios based on risk, cost, scalability, business value, and strategic alignment.
Building business cases, migration roadmaps, implementation plans, and funding strategies.
Managing executive governance processes, including Steering Committees, decision forums, and program reviews.
Driving alignment between local Italian organizations and global Grid Software stakeholders.
Coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Product Management, Portfolio Management, and R&D.;
Shaping customer transformation strategies in partnership with Sales and Account teams, with a particular focus on strategic utility and infrastructure customers.
Delivering measurable outcomes through the reduction of technical debt, increased adoption of standard platforms, and improved operational efficienc
