TL;DR: You lead customers and projects to success by taking full ownership of outcomes, budgets, timelines, and risks. From planning to successful delivery, you drive complex initiatives and ensure excellence in project execution.
- End-to-end ownership of customer projects and product implementations, from planning through successful delivery and acceptance
- Management of project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks using established project management methodologies
- Ensuring structured project execution, including effective change request management




- Proactive stakeholder management and communication with customers, partners, and internal teams at all levels
- Facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and guiding decision-making processes
- Developing and implementing sustainable solutions to project-related challenges
- Selecting, onboarding, managing, and developing implementation partners
- Supporting the sales organization with RFPs, proposals, effort estimations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Several years of experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects (ideally 5-10 years)
- Proven experience with software implementations and project management methodologies in both agile and traditional environments
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities s
