EssilorLuxottica invites motivated graduates to join as a knowledge-management/AI-focused role based in Rovereto. You will capture and organize manufacturing know-how, transforming expertise into accessible digital training materials and AI-enabled solutions for the plant.
You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Automation to map critical knowledge areas, develop guidelines, and contribute to centralized digital repositories and learning resources.
