Collaborate with the bestAs Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible to manage any quality/technical aspect related to supplier’s delivered products. All activities have tight relationship with other functions, i.e. Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistic and Procurement. Main goal is to continuously improve the supplier’s Quality level, reducing both escaping defects and associated cost of quality, while growing and developing the supply base as per business needs.
As Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist,



you will be responsible for:
- Manage Supplier’s related Non-Conformity Record (NCR)
- Lead the suppliers in the execution of defects root cause analysis (RCA) and support the definition of robust corrective actions (CA)
- Implement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliers
- Qualify the suppliers according to Company rules
- Carry out periodic Audits to verify compliance with company requirements
- Check the on-the-job inspections according to the Quality Control Plans
- Support the suppliers on Deviation Request (SDR) management
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve Suppliers Quality

- Have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent work experience in one or more of the following industrial processes: fabrication and machining (as a minimum), casting and forging
