Mott MacDonald in Genoa, IT, is seeking a Resource Lead to guide resource planning for our Energy Transition projects. You will lead planning, allocation and capability development across the portfolio to ensure the right people with the right skills are engaged for each project.
You will coordinate staffing across detailed design, Owner’s Engineer and Technical Advisory services, forecast workloads, and support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning in a diverse, employee-owned firm.
