Advanced Fiber Resources in Milano is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize Thin Film Lithium Niobate (TFLN) manufacturing processes for R&D; and product development, with emphasis on deposition, vacuum technologies, and dry/plasma etching.
3+ years in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing, experience with deposition/vacuum/plasma processes, and strong SPC/DOE/root-cause skills are required. International travel and collaboration with foundries are expected.
