We need an enthusiastic, creative Activities Assistant to enrich our residents’ lives by offering them a dynamic lifestyle with top-rated activities and amenities. The Activity Assistant will be a vital part in planning, organizing, and directing or carrying out a program of activities, which will provide entertainment, intercommunication, exercise, relaxation, opportunity to express creative talent, and fulfill basic psychological, social, and spiritual needs for our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of the Activities and Social Calendar that appeals to seniors with a wide range of personalities and interest.
- Assist with the Implementation and management all community activities and special events.
- Communicate activities to the residents, update websites and signage, produce newsletters and create calendars to highlight community events.
- Assist in the creation of a schedule to ensure appropriate amount of team members and volunteers.
- Provide support to the transportation team as needed.
- Make sure activity equipment remains clean, prepared, and properly maintained.
