BorgWarner seeks a Site IT Manager to lead IT services at the assigned plant(s) and tech center(s). You will own the site digital roadmap, drive AI adoption, and coordinate with regional and global IT teams to deliver enterprise capabilities locally.
You will champion AI and automation, ensure cybersecurity, and lead the site IT team to align with global standards and PMO practices. This role reports to the Regional Senior IT Manager and serves as a single point of contact for leadership.
