Role Overview

The Social Media Executive is responsible for executing strategic growth, optimization, and daily management of JD’s local social media channels. This role demands a creative, data-driven,



and highly digitally savvy professional capable of translating global brand directives into high-impact local social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and foster a loyal online community.

The Social Media Executive will own the social media content calendar, coordinate both organic and paid social executions, and deliver structured weekly KPI performance reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and scale the development strategies for both organic and paid social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to continuously increase follower acquisition, engagement rates, and referral traffic.
- Ensure regular content is pushed out across social media channels.
- Design, map, and publish consistent, trend-driven content streams, ensuring that all local social media platforms are visually premium and aligned with JD's voice.
- Work on developing integrated strategies that ensure social is always in the heart of what we do.
- Work with the Commercial and Retail team
