Leonardo Boutique Rome Monti is seeking an experienced Front Office Agent to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service in a bustling boutique hotel in Rome. You will manage check-ins/outs, handle administrative desk tasks, and provide guests with local information to enhance their stay.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of front office experience, strong teamwork and stress resilience, and fluent English and Italian. The role requires flexibility for early, late, and night shifts.
