Corporate & Export Finance Specialist

YOU ACT

The Corporate & Export Finance Specialist serves as the key point of reference for corporate and export finance matters. The role supports the management of financing proposals related to sales contracts and international payment instruments.



It ensures coordination with internal functions for the proper management of project financial aspects and manages relationships with domestic and international financial institutions.

Responsabilities
- Manage financing proposals supporting sales contracts and international payment instruments.
- Manage relationships with domestic and international financial institutions.
- Collaborate with and support the Commercial Department.
- Collaborate with and support the Project Management Department, ensuring the proper management of project-related financial matters.

Activities
- Support the assessment and preparation of financing proposals and financial solutions linked to sales agreements.
- Coordinate information flows with the relevant internal functions to ensure alignment between commercial requirements and project financial aspects.
- Liaise with financial institutions regarding updates, requests, and follow-up activities within the scope of responsibility
