For the strengthening of the Legal function within Cedacri, part of ION Group, we are looking for a Senior Legal Specialist with 5-8+ years of experience gained at top-tier law firms. The successful candidate will work closely with business and functional teams, providing legal advice on a variety of commercial and corporate matters, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to effective risk management and compliance. We are looking for a proactive and business-minded professional with strong legal foundations, excellent communication skills,
and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and international environment.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
- Providing legal advice and conducting legal research on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law and real estate
- Reply to various legal requests from end-users and third parties (including resellers and suppliers) in relation to products and services
- Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
- Compiling information and preparing statistics, charts, graphs and other summaries to detail the findings
- Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
