Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking an experienced Shift Engineer to join our engineering team in Florence. You will diagnose, service, and repair hotel equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operations and guest satisfaction while upholding Four Seasons policies.
The role covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, energy conservation, and coordinating with departments. Italian language required; English a plus; full-time, fixed-term, weekend shifts; must have the right to work in Italy.
