Société Générale Italy is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join the Legal team in Milan, focusing on Global Markets with emphasis on structured products and derivatives. The role involves regulatory engagement, risk management, and cross-border coordination between Italy and France in a full-time on-site capacity.
The candidate will provide senior legal support, manage prospectus documentation, and oversee MiFID II/PRIIPs compliance, reporting to the Head of Legal in SG Milan Branch.
