GE Vernova is looking for an exceptional Spare Parts Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP;) Leader to join our Aero Alliance team based in Florence (Italy), Cincinnati (United States), or Houston (United States).

Let’s Talk about the Role The Spare Parts Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP;) Leader will oversee the end‑to‑end planning and forecasting processes for aeroderivative hardware spares to ensure optimal supply chain performance across internal shops and external customers. You will act as the strategic link between demand and supply, orchestrating activities across the Aero Alliance joint venture. Your focus will be on driving forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory levels, and fostering seamless collaboration with our primary parts vendors. By leveraging data and digital tools, you will identify risks before they impact our operations, ensuring that the right parts are available at the right time to support our global fleet.
