Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the whole Operations organization;Support the definition and minimization of plant material handling and optimization of internal warehouse flow;Cooperate with Logistic & Material Management unit to identify improvement and efficiency initiatives. Perform B/C analysis. Monitor and report progresses of the relevant logistic projects launched;Act as BPO-Business Process Owner for Digital Solution initiatives in the Logistics area, taking decision responsibility and ensuring that decisions are coherent with business objectives. Train and support plant key-users in adopting new solutions/processes;Support the Plants in the management of Logistic service provider activities;Monitor and analyse Logistics Cost Deployment;Support the definition of packaging requirements towards the external supply chain ensuring coherence to the standards defined within the Leonardo Production System;Define and standardize logistic procedures and processes within logistics area.
