Main Responsibilities And Contents
- Active selling of your innovative and sustainable electrolysis products
- Heading bid preparation for bids ranging from reservation agreements, engineering services, electrolyzer modules to turnkey chemical plants
- Evaluating international requests and developing innovative bid strategies
- Leading the preparation of technical and commercial bids in consultation with the relevant central divisions as well as the ensuing negotiations with the customers
- Establishing and maintaining personal relationships on division and management levels at customer organizations




- Working and coordinating within the global thyssenkrupp nucera business development, sales and execution team
- Participating in trade fairs and conferences including presentations

Your profileThe ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- University degree (Graduate Engineer / Master's) in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering (specializing in process engineering) or industrial engineering;
- At least 5 years of experience in chemical plant engineering or a comparable environment, ideally in project management or sales is a must;
- High level of computer literacy;
- Excellent oral and written command of English, knowledge of a second foreign language would be an asset;
- Outgoing personality, good negotiating skills and a passion for working with people from other cultures in a dynamic environment;
- Willingness to travel on an international basis, even at short notice, due to the international nature of our business;
