- Operating the POS to process transactions during high peaks
- Responding to client requests via telephone and/or email
- Become well versed with CRM system to input customer data
- Act as sales support to the sales team.
- Stock maintenance
- Replenishment of floor
- Maintaining VM standards
- Maintain organization back of house to upkeep the standards and efficiency when stock associate is not available
- Determine customer's needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
- Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
- Having confidence giving advice to customers when all associates are occupied
- Be a Jimmy Choo ambassador through excellent customer service
