As a People and Culture Business Partner you will be a trusted advisor to the organisation, aligning people initiatives with business strategy. You will provide expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, support organisational change, and drive initiatives that enhance the colleague experience and support high performance.
Your Role: People and Culture Business Partner (35 Hours Per week/Permanent/Full time)
As a People and Culture Business Partner,



you will effectively support JFSC leaders and people managers to create a leading employment experience, where our people are high performing, embody our values, and enjoy professional and personal development.
