How You'll Make An Impact
- Guide/train managers and employees on the correct use of HR tools, on understanding and complying with HR practices,



processes and policies.
- Ensure the quality of data in HR tools / systems and manage HR reporting.
- Liaison/interface with HR Operations on payroll issues and follow up on key escalation.
- Ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies.
- Support coordination of training activities on site
- Collaboration in the preparation of information material for local HRBP on activities in connection with meetings with trade unions.
- Ensure blue collar scouting, support recruiting with external agencies.
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of professional
