Sysdig is seeking a senior Customer Success / Technical Account Management leader to own executive relationships across a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will drive deployments on Kubernetes, align customer goals with Sysdig capabilities, and lead strategic reviews with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and help expand accounts through measurable value realization and risk mitigation.
