What you'll do
- Engage with key clients to gain insights into their AI transformation objectives and identify critical challenges, particularly in customer-facing and operational processes influenced by AI agents.
- Oversee major client engagements from initiation to completion,



which includes identifying appropriate applications, establishing commercial terms (such as outcome-based pricing, licensing fees, and implementation specifics), and finalizing agreements.
- Build strong relationships with strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor with comprehensive access, spending substantial time on-site, and taking ownership of delivery outcomes as if you were an integral part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases by thoroughly analyzing client challenges and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement effective solutions.
- Provide guidance to clients on best practices for deploying our products, including ElevenAgents, focusing on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness to enhance adoption and effectiveness.
