A leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced compliance professional to establish and lead its European compliance function. This is a senior, hands-on opportunity with significant responsibility and scope to shape the firm's European compliance framework.
Di seguito troverà tutto ciò che deve sapere su questa occasione e sui requisiti richiesti ai candidati.The role will take ownership of day-to-day compliance and AML matters, act as MLRO, report to the Board and manage regulatory relationships with CONSOB and Banca d'Italia.
We are looking for:
- 10+ years' EU asset management compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulation, SGRs, UCITS management companies and AIFMs
- Experience xivgfpx across MiFID II, DORA, AML and cross-border passporting
- Professional fluency in English/Italian
- Confidence engaging with regulators, senior stakeholders and global teams
