We are currently seeking a Product Analyst Jr - Corporate & Support Functions, reporting directly to the Product Lead for Local Systems, to join our team based in Rome, Italy.

About the mission we offer you: As Product Analyst Jr for Corporate & Support Functions,



you will support the management, enhancement and day-to-day governance of digital solutions used across several business functions, including People & Culture, Finance, Real Estate Facilities, Sustainability and Engineering. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and senior product managers to ensure that digital products effectively support business needs and contribute to operational excellence.
In this role, you will: Support the collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements.
Contribute to the evaluation and prioritization of enhancement requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in workshops and interactions with business users to understand their challenges and opportunities.
Assist in maintaining product backlogs and supporting product roadmap activities.
