We are looking for a Electrical Product & Application Engineer who join the Network Components Business Unit in Milan, focusing on Medium Voltage (MV) Cable Accessories products.

Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to product modularity and standardization across engineering designs.
- Manage and maintain product codes, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and related documentation.
- Control and optimize product costs, supporting cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support product strategy and the development of customer-facing features.
- Lead phase-in/phase-out activities for product codes and ensure smooth transitions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Operations, and other departments to align engineering activities with business goals, as well as product development teams to design or adapt solutions.
- Utilize CAD tools for design and documentation, as well as SAP for product data management and process integration.




- Support and monitor activities in the manufacturing plant, gaining understanding of production processes to ensure product feasibility and quality.

You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Fluency in English.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or product development environment within structured organizations.
- Experience in technical design, product coding, and product lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and SAP.
- Previous experience in laboratory activities, testing, and prototyping is considered a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability to travel frequently, especially during the initial onboarding period
